    Ashley holds a degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University, where she built a strong foundation in human performance and rehabilitation. Her career took a transformative turn when she discovered the power of cryotherapy. Now a Certified Cryotherapy Consultant, Ashley has personally performed more than 40,000 sessions, offering clients a wide range of advanced, non-invasive treatments for pain relief, recovery, and body contouring.

    Renowned for her results-driven approach and client-first philosophy, Ashley has helped hundreds reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, and achieve lasting aesthetic transformations. John S. Pledger was more than a visionary — he was a loving father, an entrepreneur at heart, and a passionate advocate for cryotherapy. Together, Ashley & John built Vitality CryoCare, turning a shared dream into Delmarva’s first full-service luxury cryotherapy spa. John's belief in the power of whole-body cryotherapy, combined with his unwavering support for his family, laid the foundation for what has become an integral part of our community's wellness journey.

Though John's passing was sudden and heartbreaking, just four short months before Vitality’s one-year grand opening, his legacy lives on. It was Ashley’s dream to create Vitality, and with John as her guide, business partner, and most of all, biggest supporter - Vitality was born. His energy, creativity, and commitment continue to inspire everything they do.
